/cs IDENTIFY (#Channel) (password) - Identifies that your are the founder.
/ns IDENTIFY (password) - Identifies that you are the nick owner.
/cs SOP (#Channel) add (Nick) - Gives Someone Permanent Super Operator Access.
/cs AOP (#Channel) add (Nick) - Gives Someone Permanent Operator Access.
/cs HOP (#Channel) add (Nick) - Gives Someone Permanent Helper Operator Access.
